Abstract:

With the continuous development of laser technology，laser has received much attention in disease treatment for its accurate，minimally invasive and painless superiority and its multiple biological effects. In recent years，laser has been widely used in dental medicine，especially in dental aesthetics area. It is involved in many subfields of dental medicine，including cariology，periodontics，diseases of oral mucosa，orthodontics，prosthodontics and oral and maxillofcacial cosmetology，etc. Different kinds of laser have different physical characteristics and can induce different biological effects，so their application in dental aesthetics is also different. This article  introduced the application of laser in dental aesthetic area. We hope it can help the dentist to increase their knowledge about this area and get some benefit to their clinical work.

随着激光技术的不断发展，激光在疾病治疗中所具有的精确、微创、无痛等优越性及其产生的多种生物学效应逐渐受到人们的重视。近年来其在口腔医学，特别是口腔美学中的应用越来越广泛，涉及到了口腔医学的多个分支学科和领域，包括牙体、牙周、口腔黏膜病、口腔正畸、口腔修复以及口腔颌面部美容等。不同种类的激光具有不同的物理特性和生物学作用，其在口腔美学中的应用范围也各不相同。本文将对激光在口腔美学中的具体应用进行介绍，希望能够使广大口腔医生对激光在口腔美学中的应用有所了解，并能够对临床工作有所帮助。
