数字化全口义齿系统的研究进展

Abstract: Digital technology has been gradually applied to the design and manufacture of complete dentures in recent years. Compared with traditional complete denture production,although there are obvious advantages in the convenience of treatment and the standardization of process,there are also problems such as high technical cost and operation cost. In general,the current commercial digital complete denture systems are unable to realize the digitization of the whole workflow or to fully meet the needs of personalized customized repair,so it still can not completely replace the traditional process production process. In this paper,the characteristics of various aspects of the mature commercial digital complete denture system at home and abroad are reviewed,and the application of the existing systems is compared from the aspects of number of visits,equipment,operation process and indications,so as to provide reference for clinical application and subsequent improvement of digital complete denture system.

摘要: 近年来数字化技术逐渐应用于全口义齿的设计及制作,相较于传统全口义齿制作,虽在就诊便捷性和流程规范性等方面存在明显优势,但也普遍存在技术成本和操作成本较高等问题。目前总体上商业数字化全口义齿尚未实现全工作流程数字化,而且还无法完全满足个性化定制修复的需求,因而依然不能完全替代传统工艺制作流程。文章对目前国内外较为成熟的商用数字化全口义齿系统的各方面特点进行综述,并从就诊次数、装置配备、操作流程、适应证等方面比较现有各系统的应用情况,以期对临床应用及后续的数字化全口义齿系统改善提供参考。
