镍钛根管预备器械研究进展

Abstract:

Root canal preparation is one of the difficulties in endodontic therapy process. Compared with stainless steel instruments,the instruments made in nickel-titanium alloys have good shaping ability and corrosion resistance which can acquire satisfactory shaping and cleaning effect and also have good clinical application prospect. The purpose of this review is to summarize current understanding of the types,phase transition of the metal,shaping ability and factors of separation of nickel-titanium instruments.

摘要:

根管预备是根管治疗过程中的难点之一。镍钛合金制成的根管预备器械简称(“镍钛器械”)与不锈钢器械相比具有良好的成形能力和抗腐蚀性能,在根管预备中,能取得更满意的成形和清理效果,临床应用前景良好。本文从镍钛器械的种类、镍钛合金相变与性能以及镍钛器械折断的有关因素和预防等方面进行了综述。
