Abstract:

Abstract：The balance and coordination of muscle system is very crucial for oral functions. The position changes of the jaw and dental arch in orthodontic treatment must be in harmony with surrounding muscles to guarantee the success of treatment and stability of the curative effects. This article is to preliminarily analyze the mechanism of how jaw deformity and malocclusion are caused by muscle dysfunction，and to summarize the examination，diagnosis，prevention and early treatments of muscle dysfunction in orthodontic treatment.

摘要：

口腔肌功能的平衡协调对于口腔复杂功能的正常执行至关重要。在正畸治疗中，牙弓、颌骨的位置改变必须与周围肌肉相协调，才能保证治疗的成功和疗效的稳定。本文初步分析了肌功能紊乱导致错牙合畸形的机制，并就肌功能异常的检查、诊断、预防和早期矫治进行了系统总结。
