Abstract:

Surgical tooth extraction is a common method of tooth extraction，mainly used in removal of the teeth which cannot be extracted using traditional equipment such as elevator and forceps. The selection and use of standardized surgical extraction equipment can reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications of tooth extraction，eliminate patients′  suffering，achieving the purpose of minimally invasive tooth extraction. In order to provide guide to dentists in clinical practice，this paper will present the selection and use of surgical tooth extraction tools.

摘要：

外科拔牙术是指拔牙前需切开软组织、翻瓣、去骨和（或）分割牙齿才能顺利拔除患牙的技术，主要用于拔除常规拔牙器械无法拔除的死髓牙、残冠、残根、多根牙及阻生牙等。规范化地选择及使用外科拔牙器械，能够减少拔牙术中及术后并发症，减轻患者痛苦，实现微创舒适化拔牙。文章就外科拔牙手术器械的选择和使用加以介绍，为口腔医生顺利实施规范化的外科拔牙临床操作提供帮助。
