CarisolvⅢ化学机械技术联合间接牙髓治疗在乳牙深龋中的应用效果研究

Abstract: Objective    To investigate the clinical efficacy of CarisolvⅢ chemomechanical technique combined with indirect pulp therapy in the treatment of deep caries of deciduous teeth in children. Methods    Totally 60 children with deep caries of deciduous teeth,who were treated in the Children′s Department of Stomatology,Jining Stomatological Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019,were selected. A total of 102 deep carious deciduous molars without spontaneous pain symptoms were collected and randomly divided into CarisolvⅢ group(58 teeth)and conventional treatment group(44 teeth). CarisolvⅢ group was treated with CarisolvⅢ chemomechanical technique combined with indirect pulp therapy. In the conventional treatment group,stomatological high-speed turbine machine preparation was used to completely remove the humus from the lateral wall of the hole and the pulp wall. Re-examination was carried out at 6,12 and 24 months after treatment,and the treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated according to the clinical examination results. Results    Six months after treatment,the success rate of CarisolvⅢ group was 98.3%,slightly higher than that of conventional treatment group(97.7%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2 = 0.039,P = 0.843);12 months after treatment,the success rate of CarisolvⅢ group(96.6%)was still higher than that of conventional treatment group(93.2%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2 = 0.101,P = 0.750);24 months after treatment,the success rate of CarisolvⅢ group was 93.1%,which was significantly higher than that of conventional treatment group(79.5%)(χ2 = 4.135,P = 0.042). Conclusion    In the treatment of deep caries of deciduous teeth in children,CarisolvⅢ chemical technology combined with indirect dental pulp treatment can achieve good clinical results,and the success rate of 24 months after treatment is better than that of conventional treatment.

摘要: 目的    探讨应用CarisolvⅢ化学机械技术联合间接牙髓治疗对乳牙深龋的临床效果。方法    选取2018年6月至2019年12月于济宁口腔医院儿童口腔科就诊的乳牙深龋患儿60例,共计无自发性疼痛症状的深龋乳磨牙102颗,随机分为CarisolvⅢ组(58颗)和常规治疗组(44颗)。CarisolvⅢ组采用CarisolvⅢ化学机械技术联合间接牙髓治疗;常规治疗组采用常规机械预备,彻底去除洞侧壁及髓壁的腐质。治疗后6、12、24个月进行复查,根据临床检查结果评价两组治疗效果。结果    治疗后6个月,CarisolvⅢ组治疗成功率为98.3%,略高于常规治疗组(97.7%),但其差异无统计学意义(χ2 = 0.039,P = 0.843);治疗后12个月,CarisolvⅢ组治疗成功率(96.6%)仍高于常规治疗组(93.2%),但其差异无统计学意义(χ2 = 0.101,P = 0.750);治疗后24个月,CarisolvⅢ组治疗成功率为93.1%,明显高于常规治疗组(79.5%),其差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 4.135,P = 0.042)。结论    对于儿童乳牙深龋的治疗,采用CarisolvⅢ化学技术联合间接牙髓治疗的方法可以取得良好的临床效果,其治疗后24个月的成功率要优于常规治疗方法。
