Abstract: In root canal treatment，mechanical and chemical preparation of root canal is a critical step of infection control，but the anatomy of C-shaped root canals brings great challenges to root canal cleaning and shaping. It is particularly important to correctly identify and evaluate root canal morphology before treatment. With the development of examination methods and the update of equipment and materials，the diagnostic rate and treatment success rate of C-shaped root canal has been significantly improved. Therefore，understanding the morphology and clinical significance of C-shaped root canals and mastering the clinical examination and identification methods of C-shaped root canals is of great significance to improving the success rate of root canal treatment and reducing the occurrence of complications.

摘要： 根管治疗中根管的机械化学预备是感染控制的关键步骤，但C形根管的形态给根管的清理、成形带来巨大的挑战。在治疗前正确识别、评估根管形态变得尤为重要。随着检查方法的进步及设备、耗材的更新，C形根管的诊断率及治疗成功率均得到了显著提高。因此，了解C形根管的形态及临床意义，掌握C形根管的临床检查和识别方法，对于提高根管治疗成功率、减少并发症的发生具有重要意义。
