Abstract: Objective　To evaluate the use of digital surgical template in the removal of fracture implant in bone. Methods　A total of 11 patients were selected，who underwent intraosseous implant fracture removal in Center for Implant Dentistry in School and Hospital of Stomatology，China Medical University，from January 2010 to January 2020，and a retrospective analysis was carried out. Five fracture implants were removed by conventional trephine，and 6 fracture implants were removed by digital surgical templates. Evaluate the time of operation，the integrity of implant，incidence of complications and the degree of pain between the two methods. Results The operation time of the guide plate group was（16.00 ± 0.71）min，and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of the conventional group ［（23.00 ± 2.21）min］ （t = 3.022，P = 0.023）. There was no additional injury or any complication in the guide plate group；however，there were additional injuries with peripheral bone tissues，secondary fracture and one case of mental nerve injury in the conventional group. Nevertheless，there was no statistical difference in visual analogue scale（VAS）scores immediately after surgery or 3 d after surgery between the two groups（P > 0.05）. Conclusion Digital surgical template has good clinical effect and is worth applying in removal fracture implant.

摘要： 目的 研究利用数字化导板取出骨内折断种植体的临床效果。方法 选取2010年1月至2020年1月于中国医科大学附属口腔医院种植中心完成骨内折断种植体取出术患者11例行回顾性分析，其中利用数字化导板取出的患者5例（导板组），利用常规环钻取出的患者6例（常规组）。比较两组的手术时间、种植体完整性、并发症发生情况及患者疼痛程度。结果　导板组手术时间为（16.00 ± 0.71）min，与常规组手术时间［（23.00 ± 2.21）min ］比较，差异有统计学意义（t = 3.022，P = 0.023）。导板组均未出现种植体外壁损伤和周围骨组织的额外损伤，也无并发症发生；常规组中有2例种植体出现种植体外壁的损伤、二次断裂和周围骨组织的额外损伤，并有1例造成颏神经的损伤。术后即刻和术后3 d，两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P > 0.05）。结论 利用数字化导板取出骨内折断种植体的临床效果较好，建议在临床中推广应用。
