Abstract: The extensive application of digital technology in the clinical work of stomatology makes more and more dentist begin to pay attention to the clinical research related to digital technology. Digital clinical research refers to the scientific research to solve practical problems in oral clinical work with the help of digital technology. The research content includes the clinical application evaluation of digital technology，digital three-dimensional measurement analysis and development of new digital diagnosis and treatment technology. The author′s team has been engaged in digital clinical research for a long time. The purpose of this paper is to share relevant experience on the construction of digital scientific research platform and the development of digital clinical research，so as to provide reference for domestic universities to carry out digital clinical research.

摘要： 数字化技术在口腔医学临床工作中的广泛应用，使得越来越多的口腔临床医生开始关注与数字化技术相关的临床科研。数字化临床科研是指借助或辅助数字化技术解决口腔医学临床实际问题的科学研究，其研究内容涉及数字化技术临床应用评价、数字化三维测量分析和数字化诊疗新技术研发等。笔者团队长期从事数字化临床科研相关工作，文章旨在从数字化科研平台的建设和数字化临床科研的开展两方面分享交流相关经验，以期为国内院校开展数字化临床科研提供参考。
