Abstract:

Resorbable screws and plates are used more and more widely in the treatment of maxillofacial fractures due to their good biological properties and resorbable properties. However，in clinical practice，there is a lack of unified guidance on the use of resorbable screws and plates for maxillofacial fractures，which may lead to some adverse reactions or complications，and even lead to the risk of treatment failure. Our department has developed resorbable screws and plates for the treatment of maxillofacial fractures for many years. Based on the author's own experience and thinking，this paper summarizes the indications and contraindications of resorbable screws and plates in the treatment of maxillofacial fractures，for peer reference.

摘要：

可吸收钉板因具有良好的生物学性能以及可吸收性，在颌面部骨折治疗中的应用越来越广泛。但目前临床实践中缺乏关于颌面部骨折应用可吸收钉板的统一指导性意见，因此容易导致一些不良反应或并发症的发生，甚至出现治疗失败。武汉大学口腔医院口腔颌面创伤与颞下颌关节外科开展应用可吸收钉板治疗颌面部骨折多年，文章结合笔者自身经验与思考，总结了可吸收钉板在颌面部骨折应用中的适应证和禁忌证，以供同行参考。
