修复蛋白Ku与口腔肿瘤相关性研究进展

Abstract:

Oral and maxillofacial region is one of the popular sites of the tumor, its incidence rate increases year by year and affects the quality of patient's life seriously. Previous studies have indicated that DNA damage is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor. After DNA is damaged,body identifies the type of damage and initiates the repair mechanism to maintain body's normal state. Ku is one of the DNA repair protein,consisting of two subunits:Ku70 and Ku80,and plays a signifycant role in maintaining gene stability and integrity. In recent years, many studies have found that Ku in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues shows significant differences in expression. This paper reviews the expression of Ku in oral tumors,the related mechanisms,and its role in oral tumor progression prognosis of oral tumor.

摘要:

口腔颌面部是肿瘤的好发部位之一,发病率呈现逐年递增的趋势,严重影响患者的生存质量。以往研究表明,DNA损伤与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。DNA损伤发生后,机体识别损伤类型并启动相应的修复机制以维持机体的正常状态,其中修复蛋白Ku以复合体形式由Ku70和Ku80两个子单位组成,在保持真核生物的基因稳定性和遗传完整性中扮演重要角色。近年来诸多研究发现,Ku在癌组织和癌旁组织中呈现明显的差异性表达。文章就Ku在口腔肿瘤中的表达情况、作用机制、对肿瘤进展速度及预后的影响等做一综述。
