Abstract:

Temporomandibular joint anterior disc displacement（ADD） is a common disease characterized by mouth opening limitation. It can result in degenerative changes of the condyle，when it happens in growing period. This study reviewed the relationship between juvenile ADD and dentofacial deformities，as well as disc repositioning surgery and related orthodontic and orthognathic surgery，in order to provide reference for developing and choosing a clinical treatment.

摘要：

颞下颌关节盘前移位（anterior disc displacement，ADD）是颞下颌关节（tempromandibuar joint，TMJ）疾病中的常见类型，在生长期发生会对牙颌面的发育产生一定影响。文章对二者的相关性研究及关节盘复位手术与正畸、正颌手术的关系进行综述，以期为临床治疗方案的制定和选择提供参考。
