摘要: 数字化口腔医学理论及技术的发展日新月异,推进了口腔疾病更加精准、高效、智能化的测评、诊断和治疗。近十余年来针对牙周软组织不足的增量技术受到了极大的关注。文章将从牙周软组织数字化诊断评估及牙周软组织数字化增量技术两个方面,探讨数字化技术在牙周特色软组织增量术中的应用现状,提出数字化的三维生物打印技术有望成为今后实现牙周软组织增量的重要手段。
关键词: 锥形束CT, 口内扫描, 三维生物打印技术
Abstract: With the rapid development of the theory and technologies of digital stomatology,the evaluation,diagnosis and therapy of oral diseases have been greatly promoted towards a more accurate,efficient and intelligent direction. In the past decade,the incremental technique for periodontal soft tissue deficiency has attracted great attention. In this paper,we will discuss the application of digital technology in periodontal soft tissue augmentation from two aspects:digital diagnosis and evaluation of defect in periodontal soft tissues,and periodontal soft tissue augmentation with digital technologies. The 3D bio-printing technology will be an important method in periodontal soft tissue increment.
