再感染根管内的微生物

  • 作者简介:薛明，教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任中国医科大学口腔医学院牙体牙髓病学教研室副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会牙体牙髓病学专业委员会委员，辽宁省口腔医学会牙体牙髓病学专业委员会副主任委员，《中国实用口腔科杂志》、《国际口腔医学杂志》审稿专家。主持辽宁省自然科学基金项目1项、中国医科大学口腔医学院临床新技术项目2项，参与国家自然科学基金项目2项、省级课题3项。参编专著1部。发表论文20余篇，其中SCI收录2篇。获辽宁省科技进步三等奖1项。

摘要：

根管内持续性感染是导致根管治疗失败的主要原因，再感染根管内的微生物与初次感染根管内的微生物种类有很大差别，对再感染根管内的微生物种类及致病性有一个彻底的了解能够有针对性地制定感染控制的策略，获得良好的预后。文章就再感染根管内的微生物及其致病机制做一介绍。

Abstract:

Persistent infection in root-filled canal is the main cause of failure of root canal treatment. The species of microorganisms in the reinfected root canal are quite different from those in the first-infected root canal. A thorough understanding of  the microbial species and their pathogenicity in the reinfected root canal contributes to making a strategy to control infection and get great prognosis eventually. In this paper，the microorganisms of reinfected root canal and their pathogenesis were introduced.
