种植体精确度影响因素研究进展

摘要：

随着口腔种植的不断发展，种植导板作为数字模拟设计转变为临床实践的载体得到了越来越多的应用。以修复体为指导的种植理念的提出，进一步要求种植体植入时需要有准确的定位、精确的植入角度及深度。因此，评价种植体的精确度对于种植技术和种植导板的应用有着重要的作用。文章就种植手术术前设计、种植导板制作、种植术后评价以及精确度评估过程中可能存在的误差等做一综述。

Abstract:

With the development of dental implant，implant templates，as a carrier of transforming from digital design to clinical practice，have been used more frequently. The idea that dental implant should be guided by prosthesis requires accurate position and precise angle and depth during operation. As a result，the evaluation of implant accuracy plays an important role in application of implantation technique and implant templates. The article summarizes pre-operation design，implant template manufacture，post-operation evaluation and the possible errors during the process.
