摘要:
咬合紊乱与颞下颌关节紊乱病的关系一直是现代口腔医学研究的热点问题之一。笔者课题组通过建立咬合紊乱动物模型,观察到颞下颌关节髁突的异常改建甚至退行性变。咬合紊乱产生的异常生物力可以影响髁突软骨细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡,细胞外基质降解和钙化,以及软骨下骨吸收等一系列变化,是髁突退行性改变的重要机制。文章就实验性咬合紊乱对髁突的影响进行综述。

Abstract:
The relationship between malocclusion and temporomandibular disorders (TMDs) is one of the hot spots in oral medicine field. Our group set up malocclusion animal model and observed the abnormal remodeling,and even degenerative changes of TMJ condyle. The mechanical changes after malocclusion have effects on the proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis of chondrocytes,degradation of extracellular matrix and absorption of subchondral bone. This review focuses on the influence of malocclusion on TMJ condyle.
