明胶酶与牙髓炎和根尖周炎相关性研究进展

摘要:

明胶酶是基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)家族的重要组成之一,包括MMP-2和MMP-9,是降解细胞外基质(ECM)的重要酶类。近年研究发现,明胶酶在牙髓炎和根尖周炎发病机制中起重要作用。文章就明胶酶的基础研究及其在牙髓炎和根尖周炎致病、诊断、治疗方面的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:

Gelatinases are the fundamental components of matrix metalloproteinases,including matrix metalloproteinase-2 and matrix metalloproteinase-9,and have the ability to degrade extracellular matrix. Recent studies have shown that gelatinases play an essential role in the pathogenesis of pulpitis and apical periodontitis. This paper makes a review on recent advances of the basic research of gelatinases and their effects on the pathogenicity,the diagnosis as well as the therapy for pulpitis and apical periodontitis.
