辅助拔牙器械的选择及应用

  • 作者简介:薛洋，医学博士，第四军医大学口腔医院口腔外科主治医师、讲师。陕西省优秀博士学位论文获得者。主要从事牙槽外科及口腔相关遗传病及罕见病的教学、临床及科研工作，曾赴丹麦奥胡斯大学进行学习与交流。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项。发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI收录10余篇。副主译专著1部，参编（参译）专著4部。获实用新型专利2项，获陕西省科技进步一等奖1项。

摘要：

牙拔除术是在口腔治疗中最常见的手术，但由于牙齿位于口腔当中，有各种软硬组织（如颊、舌等）阻挡视野，导致视野不清；拔牙过程中的唾液、血液亦会影响术区视野。如果盲目拔除患牙，可能会损伤周围软硬组织，导致并发症的发生。为了更好地暴露术区、提高术野清晰度、避免损伤周围组织，牙拔除术中需要一些辅助拔牙器械。文章就辅助拔牙器械的选择及使用方法进行介绍，为口腔颌面外科医生提供帮助。

Abstract:

Tooth extraction is the most basic operation in oral treatment. In the mouth，there are all sorts of hard and soft tissue blocking vision，such as cheek and tongue，which leads to the fact that view is not clear. The saliva and blood also affect the field of vision in the process of  tooth extraction. Extracting tooth blindly may damage the surrounding soft tissue and lead to complications. In order to avoid damage to the surrounding soft tissue，auxiliary tooth extraction equipment is used for tooth extraction，which will provide better operative field and improve the operative field definition. In this paper，the selection and use of auxiliary tooth extraction equipment are introduced，which will offer help to the oral and maxillofacial surgeons.
