预告美学修复技术

摘要：

随着以患者为中心的医学模式日渐主导当今医疗工作，患者自身在治疗过程、疗效认可等医疗质量评价中已成为不容忽视的因素。为了做好美学修复，在有创治疗前需建立一种由医、患、技三方共同参与，并通过可视化的沟通手段来预告并抉择最终修复方案的机制。如同电影预告片，我们把这类针对目标修复体进行分析设计及疗效预览而建立的各种平面或三维立体的可视化修复技术称为预告美学修复技术。它实现了医患交流的科普化，使患者有了看得见的选择权和知情权，也使得医技交流更加具体化和科学化。

Abstract:

As the patient-oriented medical procedure gains its popularity，the patient's own perception and evaluation has become an uneglectable factor in health care quality assessment. In order to improve esthetic restoration，a mechanism using visual means to predict and finalize the treatment plan which allow 3-way communication includes the dentists，the patients and the technicians before the invasive restoration is of the essence. Like movie previews，we call these 2D and 3D visualization technique aim for restorative analyze， design and efficacy esthetic previews. Besides easing the doctor-technician communication，they also better they doctor-patient communication，making the patients more knowledgeable and their options more transparent.
