全解剖式氧化锆修复体的发展

摘要：

近年来，随着氧化锆透明度的不断改善，计算机辅助设计与制造（CAD/CAM）及口内数字化扫描等新技术的应用，采用无需饰瓷的半透明单片氧化锆制作的全解剖式氧化锆修复体开始成为更多医生的选择。文章就可用于全解剖式氧化锆修复体的氧化锆的基本性能、透明度的发展、对天然牙的磨耗、与数字化技术的结合以及临床应用等进行总结。

Abstract:

In recent years，with the improvement of zirconia transparency and the use of new technologies，such as CAD/CAM and introral digital scanner，the monolithic translucent zironia has become the choice of more and more doctors. Here，the basic properties，development of transparency of zironia，wear of natural tooth，aesthetic factors and clinical application of monolithic translucent zironia were summarized.
