快速成型技术及其在口腔修复中的应用

Rapid prototyping technology and its application in prosthodontics

摘要:

快速成型(rapid prototyping,RP)技术是由计算机辅助设计模型、快速制造任意形状三维实体模型的技术总称。与传统制作工艺相比,RP技术大大节省了时间,而且能制作出多种样式复杂的物件,因此在制造行业中得到了广泛应用。RP技术在口腔医学,特别是在口腔修复中的应用也越来越精细。通过各种RP技术直接成型所需要的各种修复体已经成为常规制作口腔修复体之外的又一选择。本文对口腔修复中常用的RP技术、修复体的加工制作及其效果进行综述。

Abstract:

Abstract: Rapid prototyping (RP) technology is a technology through which the complex-shaped 3D physical models could be rapidly fabricated directly from computer-aided design (CAD) models. In comparison with the traditional technology, RP technology is much less time-consuming, able to allow the fabrication of many complex parts, and therefore widely employed in manufacturing sector. It is now taking an increasingly wider application in dentistry, especially in prosthodontics. The fabrication of prosthesis through RP technology is regarded as a promising alternative for dental prosthesis production. In this article, we review the most commonly applied RP techniques in prosthodontics and restorative dentistry, the fabrication of prosthesis and its effect.
