根管预备过程中根尖偏移

摘要：

根管预备是根管治疗的难点之一，而根尖偏移是根管预备过程中较容易产生的医源性错误。根管预备过程中产生的根尖偏移会破坏根管原有的解剖结构，造成根管清理不彻底，产生微渗漏，甚至导致根管治疗的失败。近年来，根管预备中所引起的根尖偏移越来越引起学者的重视。临床医生充分了解根尖偏移的原因及危害，将有助于其在根管预备中采取有效措施，避免根尖偏移的发生。

Abstract:

Root canal shaping via mechanical instrumentation is considered to be one of the most difficult tasks in root canal treatment，while apical transportation is a regular iatrogenic error during root canal preparation. Apical transportation has a negative impact on the original root canal anatomy，which may result in insufficient cleaning，micro-leakage or even the failure of root canal treatment. Recently，apical transportation in root canal preparation has attracted more academic attention. It is essential for clinicians to know the causes and effects of apical transportation in order to take measures to avoid it. In this article，several aspects of apical transportation were introduced.
