牙源性干细胞促进血管生成研究进展

摘要：

在组织再生过程中，足够的血管生成对再生组织的生存是至关重要的。牙源性干细胞具有间充质干细胞的特性，能够分化为内皮细胞或通过旁分泌血管生长因子促进内皮细胞血管生成，从而有利于组织损伤的修复与再生。文章就近年来牙源性干细胞促进血管生成的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:

In the process of tissue regeneration，adequate angiogenesis is crucial to the viability of regenerative tissue. Dental stem cells have the characteristics of mesenchymal stem cells and can differentiate into endothelial cells or promote endothelial cells angiogenesis via paracrine secretion of growth factors，which helps the repair and regeneration of damaged tissue. In this paper，the recent advances on the research of dental stem cells in promoting angiogenesis are reviewed.
