口腔陶瓷修复体调磨后表面处理方法研究进展

摘要:

调磨是口腔陶瓷修复体临床试戴过程的关键步骤,但调磨会造成修复体表面产生微小的划痕,使其表面粗糙度增加,从而可能增加细菌的黏附以及菌斑堆积,诱发牙龈炎和龋病,并且造成对颌牙齿的过度磨耗。因此,口腔陶瓷修复体调磨后,需要对其进行表面处理——上釉或抛光,降低其表面粗糙度,恢复其光滑的表面形态。文章通过检索分析相关文献对口腔陶瓷修复体调磨后表面处理方法及其研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Grinding is a critical step in the clinical trial process of oral ceramic restorations but grinding can result in minor scratches on the surface of the restoration leading to an increased surface roughness that may increase bacterial adhesion and plaque accumulation and induce gingivitis and caries,and cause excessive wear on the jaw teeth. Therefore,for the oral ceramic restoration after grinding,its necessary to perform surface treatment--glazing or polishing,reducing its surface roughness and restoring its smooth surface. In this paper,the methods of surface treatment for oral ceramic restoration and its research progress are reviewed by searching and analyzing relevant literatures.
