关于新型冠状病毒感染流行期间普外科病人管理的思考与建议

摘要： 自从新型冠状病毒感染疫情防控措施进一步调整以后，医疗机构的工作重心从“防感染”转变到“保健康、防重症”。对于外科医生而言，首先应确保外科急危重症病人得到及时有效的治疗，其次应安全、有序地开展限期及择期手术。外科医生必须清醒地认识到新型冠状病毒感染对外科医疗安全造成的潜在风险，可通过采取“最低限度感染”策略、制定手术优先等级表、建立动态管理体系等措施，应对疫情冲击带来的挑战，尽最大努力控制疫情期间围手术期并发症发生率和死亡率。

Abstract    Since the release of optimized management measures of COVID-19 pandemic policy, the major tasks of medical facilities have shifted from preventing the spread of virus infection to treating severe illness and saving lives. For surgeons, the first priority during the pandemic is to ensure that emergency cases are treated promptly and effectively. Secondly, to ensure elective procedures to be carried out in a timely and safely manner. Surgeons should be aware of the potential risks of SARS-CoV-2 to routine surgical practice. Therefore, all necessary measures should be taken into account to reduce the rate of perioperative morbidity and mortality. The challenges posed by the impact of the pandemic can be addressed by adopting a “COVID-19 Minimal” strategy, developing a surgical priority list and establishing a dynamic management system.
