外科转化医学研究进展

摘要： 转化医学作为连接基础和临床的桥梁，促进了基础研究成果与临床诊疗手段之间的双向转化。30年间，转化医学飞速发展，而随着医学与多学科之间的交叉融合，转化医学也表现出新的发展趋势，尤其是在外科领域。医疗大数据为病人提供了更加精准化、个性化的治疗，医用人工智能也促进了诊疗技术的革新，还有各式医用机器人，推动手术微创化。把握转化医学的发展潮流，促进科研与临床的双向循环，是未来我国医学发展的重心。

Abstract    Basic research and clinical application are closely linked by translational medicine，which promotes the two-way transformation between them.Over the past 30 years，translational medicine has developed rapidly.With the combination of medication and multidisciplinary，translational medicine has also shown a new trend in surgery.Benefiting from big medical data，patients are provided with more precise and personalized treatment；both diagnosis and treatment have been innovated due to the application of artificial medical intelligence；and minimally invasive surgery further develops as surgical robots enter the clinic.It will focus on medical development to grasp the trend of translational medicine and promote the two-way cycle of basic research and clinical practice.
