2021年St.Gallen国际乳腺癌会议早期乳腺癌诊疗专家共识热点问题解析

摘要： 2021年，St.Gallen国际乳腺癌会议在线上如期举办，国际专家基于证据和经验讨论2年来早期乳腺癌诊疗中的热点问题，如早期乳腺癌的分子检测、免疫治疗、术后辅助强化治疗等，给出了最新的国际专家共识。我国学者在参与St.Gallen共识讨论的过程中，不断吸收，融合创新，亦不断推动我国乳腺癌领域的发展，从而推动了我国乳腺癌规范诊疗工作。

Abstract    In 2021, the St.Gallen international breast cancer conference was held as scheduled online. International experts discuss hot issues in the diagnosis and treatment of early breast cancer in the past two years based on evidence and experience, such as molecular testing, immunotherapy, postoperative adjuvant intensive treatments etc., and gave the latest international expert consensus. Chinese scholars keep absorbing, integrating and innovating in the process of participating in the discussion of St. Gallen consensus, which promotes the development of breast cancer and the standardized diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in China.
