关于甲状腺癌术后复发几点思考

摘要： 甲状腺癌术后复发涉及原因较多，术后治疗复杂，严重影响病人生存率及生存质量，给病人、医生及社会带来极大负担，已引起学术界高度关注。通过细致剖析术后复发原因，倡导构建科学有效的随访机制，积极探索术后治疗的安全性及可行性，多路径、多渠道、多层次加强甲状腺癌术后复发的临床研究，全面提升防治水平已势在必行。

Abstract    Postoperative recurrence of thyroid cancer involves many reasons and complicated postoperative treatment, which seriously affects patients' survival rate and quality of life and brings tremendous burden to patients, doctors, and society, which has attracted significant attention from the academic circles. It is imperative to review analyze the causes of postoperative recurrence carefully, advocate the construction of a scientific and practical follow-up mechanism, explore the safety and feasibility of postoperative treatment actively, strengthen related research through multi-path, multi-channel and multi-level, and comprehensively improve the level of prevention and treatment of postoperative recurrence of thyroid cancer.
