Abstract    The clinical pathways of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms（pNENs）are complex. Since the diagnosis and treatment of the disease are difficult，the clinical management of the patients heavily depends on multi-disciplinary treatment. According to evidence-based medicine while took China’s national conditions into consideration，the Chinese Pancreatic Surgery Association，Chinese Society of Surgery，Chinese Medical Association，together with experts from relevant disciplines，compiled the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms （2020）. The recommendations of the guideline are mostly based on sufficient clinical evidence with a high degree of expert consensus. In addition to studying the present guidelines，clinical and basic research on pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms should be actively carried out , in order to promote the establishment of a standardized treatment system for the disease.
