Abstract    Vascular surgery emergencies often change rapidly and threaten the lives of patients in severe cases. Timely diagnosis and correct treatment are necessary conditions for rescuing patients and improving medical quality. In the diagnosis and treatment process，it is important to optimize the treatment process including pre-hospital treatment，pre-examination and triage，green channels，and multidisciplinary collaboration. On the other hand，it is important to improve the diagnosis and treatment of various vascular surgery emergencies by medical staff. Ability is an important cornerstone to ensure patient safety. The success rate of emergency patients is improved by optimizing the treatment system and strengthening the capabilities of medical staff.
