Abstract    The inguinal canal is one of the anatomical cores of the inguinal region，and the spermatic cord is the core of the inguinal canal. There is a fixation mechanism in both the internal and external inguinal rings, which is of great significance to the physiological function of spermatic cord, the occurrence, progress and surgical treatment of inguinal hernia. The inguinal canal is not a common conduit to accommodate spermatic cord, but a complete structure and system of fine anatomy and physiological function.
