Abstract    pancreatic cancer are characteristic of perineural invasion and metastasis. One significance cause of pancreatic cancer recurrence is the residual cancer cells within the pancreas and the peripheral nerve plexus. However，conventional radical surgery for pancreatic cancer did not pay much attention to the dissection of peripancreatic nerve plexus. So far，about the combination of radical surgery and peripancreatic nerve dissection for pancreatic cancer，its surgical indication and the extent of nerve dissection are still lack of uniform standards. The author summarizes own's experience and other's related research results，suggestions on relatively early pancreatic cancer associated pancreaticoduodenectomy with nerve dissection，and for the first time for induction and summary of this surgical points and skills.
