先天性胆管扩张症再次手术原因及处理对策

摘要：

先天性胆管扩张症（congenital biliary dilatation，CBD）再次手术的原因是多方面的，主要包括首次术前诊断不当或漏诊、术式选择不当、囊肿切除不彻底、术后出现严重并发症及腹腔镜操作不当等。CBD再次手术时处理困难，明确再手术的原因、选择适当的手术时机和手术方式是手术成功的关键。完全切除囊肿、胆道重建仍是首选治疗术式。

Abstract:

Abstract    There are many kinds of reason for the reoperation of congenital biliary dilatation (CBD), which include the missed or improper preoperative diagnosis, improper surgical options, incomplete resection, severe postoperative complications and laparoscopic misoperation. Because it is difficult for reoperation, to select the appropriate timing and operation after making clear the reason of reoperation is the key to success. Complete cyst resection and biliary reconstruction are still the preferred surgical treatments.
