从重症急性胰腺炎治疗观念转变看转化医学的重要作用

摘要：

1992年《科学》杂志首次提出医学研究要遵循“从实验室到病床”的模式，1995年，《柳叶刀》杂志开始使用“转化医学”这一新名词。转化医学打破了基础医学与临床医学之间的屏障，缩短了“从实验室到病床”的过程。纵观重症急性胰腺炎诊治的历史，发现每个历史阶段治疗观念的变迁均是在当时的技术水平和认知条件下“转化医学”作用的结果，每次转变都带来了重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效的提高。因此，重症急性胰腺炎诊治的发展史实际上就是一部转化医学史。

Abstract:

Abstract    In 1992, it was first proposed in Science that medical research should follow the mode of “ bench to bedside ”. Translational medicine is the totally new concept in Lancet in 1995 which could basically eliminate the barrier between basic medicine and clinical medicine, and shorten the process of “bench to bedside” . In this article, the changes of recognition therapeutic principles of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) in every stage reflect the great role of “Translational Medicine”. Every change in the concept of treatment has improved the curative effect of SAP. Therefore, the history of treatment of SAP is actually a history of “Translational medicine”.
