摘要:
机体在围手术期应激状态下常存在糖代谢紊乱,对这类病人的营养支持治疗往往比较复杂:一方面,血糖水平增高是影响病人术后感染发生率和病死率的危险因素,需要控制;另一方面,严格控制血糖却可能导致低血糖等不良事件的发生。目前观点认为,对于外科高血糖病人的营养支持应从整体观念出发,根据血糖水平、疾病和并发症情况制订并实施个体化方案,可以明显改善病人预后。
关键词: 营养支持, 血糖管理, 强化胰岛素治疗
Abstract:
Nutritional support strategy for surgical patients with hyperglycemia WU Xiao-ting,CHEN Bo. Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, West China Hospital, Sichuan University, Chengdu 610041, China Corresponding author:WU Xiao-ting,E-mail:WXT1@medmail.com.cn Abstract It is complex to give nutritional support for perioperative patients, who are often under stress with disorder of glucose metabolism. On the one hand, increased blood glucose levels are risk factors for the infection rate and mortality rate of the postoperative patients. On the other hand, tight glucose control may cause hypoglycemia and other adverse events. Nowadays, it is considered that optimal individual treatment plan based on the level of blood glucose, type of disease and potential complications, which may significantly improve prognosis for patients.
