胃切除术后消化道出血9例分析

摘要：

目的    探讨胃切除术后胃空肠吻合口及食管胃吻合口出血的治疗体会与经验。 方法    对2008年1月至2009年1月中国医科大学附属盛京医院胃大部切除术后消化道出血的临床资料进行回顾性研究，其中近期消化道出血7例，远期消化道出血2例。 结果    病人经保守治疗、二次手术止血、内镜下止血夹治疗止血以及数字减影血管造影（DSA）止血，恢复顺利。 结论    胃部分切除术后消化道出血应引起重视，应采取积极的措施和规范的手术术式，预防胃切除术后消化道出血。

Abstract    Objective    To estimate the experiences for the treatment and diagnosis of post gastrectomy hemorrhage. Methods    A retrospective study was performed on the treatment of 9 post gastrectomy hemorrhage patients who performed gastrectomy between January 2008 and January 2009 at Affiliated Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University. Among them, 7 patients  were early and 2 patients rete late gastrointestinal hemorrhage respectively. Results All the patients were recovered after appropriated treatment such as conservative therapy, reoperation, endoscopic treatment and digital subtraction angiography. Conclusion    It should pay attention to the treatment for post gastrectomy hemorrhage. The active treatment and accurate surgery technique are the key solutions for the treatment of post gastrectomy hemorrhage.
