乳腺癌病人血清中可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1及E-选择素表达水平的临床意义

摘要：

目的    探讨乳腺癌病人血清中可溶性细胞间黏附分子?1（SICAM?1）和可溶性E-选择素（SE?selectin）血清浓度的临床意义。方法    对2007年4-10月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院诊治的45例乳腺癌进行分析。采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测30例乳腺癌（治疗组），15例术后复发转移（术后复发组）以及20例健康对照组（对照组）的血清SICAM?1、SE?selectin表达水平。 结果    治疗组术前SICAM?1、SE?selectin的表达水平显著高于对照组（P<0.01）；术后15d有所下降，但仍高于对照组水平（P<0.05）；术后30d降至对照组水平（P>0.05）。术后复发组SICAM?1、SE?selectin的表达水平明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。SICAM?1、SE?selectin表达水平与乳腺癌的TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关（P<0.01），与病人年龄、肿瘤直径大小、肿瘤分级、肿瘤病理类型无关（P>0.05）。 结论    SICAM?1、SE?selectin 对乳腺癌的早期诊断、评价手术疗效和监测术后复发有重要意义。

Abstract:

Abstract    Objective    To evaluate clinical significance of the serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and SE-selectin in the plasma of the patients with breast cancer. Methods    The SE-selectin and SICAM-1 levels were tested in 30 patients with breast cancer (treatment group), 15 patients with postoperative recurrence (recurrence group) and 20 normal control cases by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique. Results    The SE-selectin, SICAM-1 levels in patients with breast cancer treatment group were higher than those of normal ones significantly ( P<0.01). The SE-selectin, SICAM-1 levels decreased at 15 days after operation, but their levels were still higher than the normal ones (P<0.05)，and their levels decreased to the normal ones at 30 days after operation(P>0.05). The SE-selectin, SICAM-1 levels in patients recurrence after operation were higher than those of normal ones significantly too( P<0.01).The SE-selectin and SICAM-1 levels in patients with breast cancer were correlated with the metastasis of lymph node and the clinical stage (P<0.01), yet their levels had no relation to the age, tumor size and histological grades (P>0.05). Conclusion    The SE-selectin and SICAM-1 levels possiblely have important significance to diagnosis early and estimate the effect of operation and detecte recurrence after operation in patients with breast cancer.
