胆胰肠结合部外科——一个值得重视和研究的领域

摘要：

胆胰肠结合部是人体解剖结构和生理调控最复杂的区域之一。胆胰管合流异常、Oddi括约肌（SO）功能障碍、肿瘤等使得这一狭小的区域成为多种疾病的高发地带。然而，迄今对这一人体重要功能结构的生理调控和疾病发生机制尚缺乏足够的认识，胆胰肠结合部外科尚有许多难题有待研究解决。随着有关SO动力学、壶腹部肿瘤生物学行为等研究的深入、保全Oddi括约肌结构和功能完整性治疗理念的更新，胆胰肠结合部外科将成为腹部外科的研究热点之一。

Abstract:

Surgery of the junction of bile duct, pancreas and duodenum: a field worthy of focus on and exploration     DONG Jia-hong. Hospital & Institute of Hepatobiliary Surgery, the General Hospital of PLA, Beijing 100853, China
Abstract    Junction of bile duct, pancreas and duodenum is one of the regions with most complicatied anatomy and regulatory network, which also be related to many diseases including pancreaticobiliary maljunction, sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, neoplasms and so on.The diagnosis and treament of those diseases remain many puzzles due to insufficient appreciation in those pathogenesis and the physiological regulation mechanism of sphincter of Oddi. With the advances of kinetics study and surgical conception of sphincter of Oddi, the research about the junction of bile duct, pancreas and duodenum has become a hotspot in the general surgery fields nowadays.
