胆肠吻合治疗复杂胆道结石的价值与误区

摘要：

复杂胆道结石的治疗常联合应用多种外科技术，有时还需分阶段逐步实施才能完成。复杂胆道结石的核心治疗原则依然是取尽结石、祛除病灶、解除梗阻、畅通引流，而胆肠吻合则是确保实现畅通引流的重要技术手段。

Value and errors of cholecystojejunostomy in patients complicated cholelithiasis ZHANG Yong-jie. Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital, the Second Military Medical University, Shanghai 200438，China Abstract The treatment of complicated cholelithiasis usually combined with a variety of surgical techniques, and sometimes needed to be gradually implemented in stages. The treatment paincilpe of complicated choletithiasis was clearing stones, eliminating lesions, relieving obstruction and expditing drainage. Cholecystojejunostomy is the important technical means to ensure expditing drainage.
