肝叶切除治疗肝内胆管结石的手术适应证与评价

摘要：

肝内胆管结石是肝胆外科最常遇到的复杂问题之一。肝切除术可以很好地兼顾肝内胆管结石外科治疗的各项原则。肝内胆管结石应遵循规则性肝段切除,以最大限度的切除包括结石和病变胆管在内的病灶仍然是治疗肝内胆管结石最为彻底的手段。

Hepatectomy can be a good balance in the surgical treatment principles ofhepatolithiasis. Regular segmentectomy was followed in trentment of hepatolithiasis. In order to maximize the resection, including stones and bile duct lesions, hepatectomy is the most thorough means.
