摘要：

脾脏作为机体最大的免疫器官，是机体免疫-神经-内分泌网络调节中心的一个重要组成部分，与体内其他脏器有着密切联系，甚至影响着一些脏器重要功能的发挥，在许多疾病的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用。

关键词: 脾脏, 肿瘤, 胰腺炎, 肝硬化, 门静脉高压症

Abstract:

Effect of spleen on related diseases ZHANG Shu, ZHOU Rui, LI Zong-fang. Department of Surgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an 710004, China Corresponding author: LI Zong-fang, E-mail: lzf2568@mail.xjtu.edu.cn Abstract As the largest immune organ, spleen is the important part of the regulation network between immune, nerve and endocrine system. The spleen would play an important role in pathogenesis and development of many diseases, because of the close relationship between spleen and other organs, which even could contribute to the important functions of other organs.
