在电外科时代,单极或双极的高频电刀和超声刀已广泛应用于甲状腺手术中。在带来操作便利及微创利益的同时,也存在热损伤的风险。外科医生应熟悉高频电刀和超声刀的工作原理,掌握其在甲状腺切除术中的应用技巧,以避免热损伤相关并发症的发生。

Abstract:
Prevention of thermal injury in thyroidectomy CHEN Xi. Department of Surgery, Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine,Shanghai 200025, China Abstract In the era of electrosurgery, monopolar or bipolar electrosurgical units and ultrasonic scalpel are widely used in thyroid surgery. They make the convenience in operation and benefits of minimally invasion. But at the same time, they also bring the risk of thermal injury. Surgeons should learn the mechanism of the devices and master the manipulation in thyroidectomy in order to avoid thermal injury-related complications.
