乳腺多发纤维瘤的治疗策略

摘要：

乳腺多发纤维瘤是常见的乳腺良性肿瘤，其病因尚未完全明确，但诊断相对容易。该病多见于年轻女性，手术是治疗的首选方法，但若手术方式不当，术后常会引起乳房外观的破坏。应根据肿瘤大小、位置等诸多因素，来选择不同的手术方式。

Abstract:

Treatment of breast multiple fibroma JIANG Hong-chuan. Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital University of Medical Sciences, Beijing 100020, China Abstract Breast multiple fibroma was common benign breast tumor and the pathogeny is still uncertain， bus it is much easier for diagnosis. It is usually found in young women and surgery is the best choice. But breast may be out of sharp after surgery if the procedure is inappropriate. The strategies of operation should be different according to the size and location of tumors.
