Modified Kugel补片修补腹股沟疝36例手术体会

摘要：

目的 探讨Modified Kugel补片治疗腹股沟疝的技术操作要点，并评价其疗效。方法 回顾性分析2006年6~10月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院应用Modified Kugel补片行开放性前入路腹膜前修补术的36例临床资料。结果 手术时间（46±13）min，术后住院（4.7±1.6）d。全组病人伤口一期愈合，无浆液肿及感染发生。术后随访12个月，无复发。结论 应用Modified Kugel补片治疗腹股沟疝安全有效，术后恢复快，近期疗效满意。

Abstract:

Clinical experience of Modified Kugel patch used in inguinal hernia repairing: a report of 36 cases ZHU Xiao-qiang, TANG Rui, GU Yan, et al.Department of General Surgery, Shanghai 9th Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Shanghai 200011,China Corresponding author: ZHU Xiao-qiang, E-mail: zhuxq_77@hotmail.com Abstract Objective To discuss the operation skills and evaluate the effects of Modified Kugel patch in inguinal hernia repairing. Methods The clinical data of 36 cases performed inguinal hernia repairing used Modified Kugel patch via the anterior approach from June 2006 to October 2006 at Shanghai 9th Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operative time was (46±13) minutes. The postoperative hospital stay was (4.7±1.6) days. All the wounds were healed without any seroma or infection. No recurrence was found in 12 months of follow-up after operation. Conclusion Repairing of inguinal hernia using Modified Kugel patch is a safe and effective procedure with rapid convalescence and satisfactory results.
