新型口服抗凝药物在静脉血栓栓塞症治疗中的应用

摘要：

抗凝是预防和治疗静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）的关键。目前常用的口服抗凝药物维生素K受体拮抗剂存在起效慢、治疗窗窄、剂量效应变化大等缺陷，而近年来研发的新型口服抗凝药则致力克服这些缺陷，为预防和治疗VTE提供了新的选择。

Abstract    The key factor of prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism is anticoagulation therapy. Currently，vitamin K antagonists the most widely used oral anticoagulants, have some defects such as slow onset，narrow therapeutic window，wide dose-response variation，etc. In recent years，new oral anticoagulants have been developed to overcome those defects, which provide an alternative choice to prevent and treat the venous thromboembolism.
