Abstract    The surgical treatment of inguinal hernia has entered an efficient era, and most routine patients can be treated using daytime surgery mode. Currently, positive treatment results have been achieved. With the continuous progress of diagnostic and treatment technology, some patients with underlying diseases are gradually starting to treat inguinal hernia under the daytime model. In this type of patient's body reserve capacity decreases, some organ functions are in a decompensated period, and the risk of surgery increases. For such patients, the whole process management of daytime surgery should be more strict. Corresponding standards and implementation measures should be formulated from preoperative access to postoperative follow-up, so as to ensure the medical quality and safety of such patients under the efficient turnover of daytime surgery mode. Therefore, this article discusses the whole process management strategy of daytime surgery for patients with coexisting diseases of inguinal hernia, with a view to discussing the construction of a complete organizational structure, operational processes, rules and regulations, and quality monitoring indicators.
