Abstract    With the progress of minimally invasive technology and the popularization of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery, the application of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy has been greatly developed, changing the situation of the treatment of pancreatic diseases. After nearly 30 years of exploration, laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy has been comparable to traditional open surgery in terms of safety and has shown great advantages in accelerated postoperative recovery. However, at present, in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic diseases, laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy is still controversial in the aspects of the radical treatment of malignant tumors and the learning curve. How establish a standard training, operation specifications，and whole process management system is the only way to carry out high-quality laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy in the future.
