影像组学在肝细胞癌中应用进展

摘要: 原发性肝癌在中国的发病率和死亡率较高,严重危害人类的生命健康。影像组学从标准医学影像中高通量挖掘、提取并分析影像组学特征,实现对医学影像的量化分析。影像组学所挖掘的特征数据与肝癌某些病理、分子和免疫标记物、肿瘤侵袭性和病人预后具有很强的关联,能够协助对肝癌的诊断和分级,并为优化治疗策略、评估治疗反应及预测病人预后提供信息,从而推动肝癌的精准治疗,在临床应用中表现出巨大的潜力。

Abstract    Primary liver cancer has a high morbidity and mortality rate in China, which seriously endangers human life and health. radiomics excavates, extracts and analyzes the features of radiomics from standard medical images with high throughput to achieve quantitative analysis of medical images. Through the characteristics of image mining by radiomics data and hepatocellular carcinoma and immune some pathology, molecular markers, the prognosis of patients with tumor invasive and has a strong correlation, can help the diagnosis and classification of hepatocellular carcinoma, and to optimize the treatment strategy and evaluation of treatment response and predict the prognosis of patients to provide information, to promote the accuracy of hepatocellular carcinoma treatment, shows great potential in clinical application.
