Abstract    Subcutaneous mastectomy has been widely used in early breast cancer. Endoscopic technique can effectively shorten the length of incision and hide the incision，so that it has a wide application in breast surgery，which requires high cosmetic effect. The authors combined the endoscopic technique with the subcutaneous mastectomy and adopted the method of single port inflated endoscopic. It could combine the incision of the breast and the axilla into one，and shorten it to a single hole incision with a length of only 2.5 cm，which could ensure the safety of the tumor and maximize the beauty effect.
