Abstract    Surgery is the main treatment method of breast cancer which is one of the most common malignant tumor in women. With the rise of laparoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgery for breast cancerhas begun to develop rapidly, making breast cancer treatment into a minimally invasive era. At present, sentinel lymph node biopsy and axillary lymph node dissection, breast conserving surgery, subcutaneous mastectomy and even breast reconstruction can be performed under the laparoscope. The safety and effectiveness of the laparoscopic surgery for breast cancer are constantly being verified. laparoscopic surgery for breast cancer not only harvests minimally invasive and beautiful, but also greatly reduces the psychological trauma of breast cancer patients.
